The house that we offer you as a novelty and exclusively is located in the characteristic medieval old town of Geltrú, for many, a dream to live in such a privileged place!~ We invite you to come and visit it as soon as possible possible and turn it into your home, but before that you will like to know that:~~- The house has more than 167m² of built-up space distributed on the ground floor plus three floors.~- It has a fantastic large garage, where there is room three cars, motorbikes and bicycles, with enough space to have a large storage room.~- On the first floor, with an exit from the air-conditioned living-dining room, there is a beautiful patio where you can gather the whole family and enjoy dinners 'summer in the fresh air.~- We lack adjectives to describe the cuisine, not surprisingly, we would have stayed to eat there.
