Description

Winery with bar/shop/tasting license. It is transferred due to not being able to attend, with existing clientele and goodwill. Hours allowed from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The interior capacity is 33 pax and the current exterior capacity is 4 tables plus a bar with stools, with the possibility of expansion. It doesn't have a smoke outlet, but it could be fitted. Wide facade with three glass windows (one is the access door). It is fully equipped and in operation, among others, the inventory has 5 refrigerators, a freezer, an industrial toaster, a display bar and a dishwasher. The place is air-conditioned with hot/cold air conditioning and fully complies with the regulations. It has a small warehouse. Very central, next to the Mercat de Vilanova and the Rambla Principal.
