We love visiting homes, it's our job and we live it with enthusiasm and the desire to surprise ourselves! It should be said that, on the way to this apartment, we loved the journey from the Rambla, it is very distracting and does not last more than 10 minutes walking. Definitely, Vilanova is a city with a lot of life, with all the services, full of shops of all kinds and endless people on the move.~The apartment that we offer you as a novelty and exclusively for you, surprised us from the first moment. Its living room with kitchenette, of more than 31m², is impressive! With its excellent west orientation and its huge glass window, it enjoys a lot of sun and very nice views of a square.~Call us and we will make the visit as soon as possible, but first we indicate some details that you will be interested in knowing:~- It is a large apartment, its surface area is 103m² built and it is all exterior. The orientation is perfect, the day area to the west and the night area to the east.~- It is a second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are easily accessible and very comfortable.~- There are no more four-bedroom apartments left! This is it!~- The kitchen has a very modern air, it is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and stainless steel hood. It is American and has a bar that joins it with the living room.~- The floor is stoneware, imitation parquet, very beautiful. The material is very clean, suffered and easy to maintain.~- The exterior carpentry is made of aluminum and the interior carpentry is lacquered in white.~- The bathroom is renovated, has an exterior window and a shower tray. - It has two air conditioners, one located in the living room and the other in the night area.~- The building is in very good condition and only has four neighbors, one per floor.~- Vilanova is a coastal city, with beautiful fine sand beaches and a fishing and nautical port. It is located 30 minutes from Barcelona by car or public transport.~~The price does not include taxes (ITP, VAT and AJD), notary fees or registration fees.
